So, practicing medicine in Ecuador is so appealing because the charting is so easy.
An 8 X 11 piece of plain white paper with a name, what's wrong and what you did on it.
Prescriptions are written on a piece of paper, taken to the pharmacy, filled, and then the prescription is given back to you. No record that the pharmacy really gave you anything!
And the filing system. Not sure how it is organized, but it is very colorful. I miss that.
